A dedicated Site Civil Engineer looks after the day-to-day, with a Senior Civil Engineer overseeing.
Quality checks
We inspect at every key stage, before steel, plumbing and waterproofing are covered up.
Interiors and finishing
Kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, flooring and paint, in the brand and shade you chose. Interior design is part of our 20% fee; materials and labour for the work are paid by you directly to suppliers.
Records and handover
Photos, reports and approvals on file, then a walkthrough together before we close.
