our model
You pay the suppliers. We run the project.
One fixed fee, direct payment for material and labour, and your written okay on every decision.
You pay the shop, not us.
Bills go from you to the supplier or worker, when the work needs them. We take no cut.
We charge one fee. 20%.
20% of the project cost on an approved list of work. It pays for our design, estimating, supervision and quality team.
Nothing without your okay.
Drawings, rates, suppliers and every change are signed off by you before work starts.
Want us to handle site expenses too? Ask about our managed-payments option, which adds an account-management fee. We share the details in your proposal.
what your 20% covers
A whole team behind your project.
Your fee pays for the people and the checking that keep your build on track.
Included in our fee
- Our team: architect, 3D designers, interior designers, project manager and estimators
- Layouts, elevations, 3D views and construction drawings
- A detailed list of work with size, grade and brand
- Comparing supplier quotes and checking rates
- A project manager coordinating your project, and a Senior Civil Engineer overseeing quality across the site
- Stage-wise quality checks before work is covered up
- Photo records, reports and written approvals
- A joint walkthrough and snag list at handover
Two things, nothing else
- Our 20% fee
- The salary of a dedicated Site Civil Engineer, placed on your site to represent you
Materials and labour you pay directly to suppliers, so you keep control of where every rupee goes. Government fees, surveys and utility connections are paid by you at actuals.
how it compares
About the same range as the market. Much easier to see.
On a sample project cost of ₹30 lakh, here is roughly what the usual routes cost in margins and fees, next to ours.
| Route | Typical margin / fee | On ₹30 lakh | What you can see |
|---|---|---|---|
| Turnkey builder + architect | 15–25% builder margin, 4–8% design | ₹6–10 lakh | One rate; the margin is mixed in |
| Item-rate builder + architect + PMC | 10–18% + 4–8% + 2–5% | ₹5–9 lakh | Three parties to coordinate |
| Earth Sky Buildcon | 20% fee, plus the salary of a dedicated Site Civil Engineer who represents you on site, for as long as the site runs | ₹6 lakh + engineer's monthly salary | Every bill, in your name, paid by you |
Market ranges are rough figures from published guides (Aecord, Studio Matrx, Ongrid), October 2026. Your own quotes may differ. Our numbers are an example; your fee is fixed in your approved list of work. We're not claiming to be the cheapest. We're claiming to be the easiest to check.

questions people ask
Quick answers.
Do you earn anything on material or labour?
No. You pay suppliers and workers directly. Our only income on the project is the management fee.
Is the 20% on top of the construction cost?
Yes. It's 20% of the project cost on the approved list of work. On top of our fee, you pay the Site Civil Engineer's salary, and you pay materials and labour directly to suppliers.
What if I want a change halfway?
That's fine. We write up the change with a price, and you approve it before any work begins.
Can you handle site expenses for me too?
Yes, for an extra account-management fee. We explain it in your proposal.
Do you build outside Faridabad?
Yes. We take projects across India.
see before you build
Design you can see first.
Our design team shows you 3D designs before work begins, so you decide with a clear picture, not a guess.
Want to see it for your plot?
We'll put together a rough estimate on an itemised list.
